摘 要:后驱动桥是汽车底盘传动部件的重要组成,后桥异响又是困扰底盘和主机厂的一个重要难题,如何精准地分析异响的来源并提出改进措施一直困扰着各大主机厂和底盘零部件公司。本文从异响的工况调研出发,通过FTA故障树的分析手法,结合有限元分析(finite element analysis,FEA)和噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(noise、vibration、harshness,NVH)测试分析手段对后桥的异响做了系统性的分析,并给出了有效的优化和改进措施。从结果验证来看,该措施有效地控制了后桥主减噪声源,对解决异响问题有指导性意义。The rear drive axle is one of important components of the automobile chassis transmission structure,and rear axle abnormal noise is an important problem that troubles the chassis and auto makers.How to accurately analyze the source of abnormal noise and propose improvement measures has been puzzling the auto makers and chassis parts companies.Starting from investigation of the abnormal noise,the paper systematically analyzes abnormal noise of the rear axle through FTA fault tree analysis,and puts forward effective optimization and improvement measures combined with FEA,NVH testing and other means.Result verification shows,noise source of the peripheral axle has been effectively controlled,which is instructive for solving the same noise problem of the rear axle.
