摘 要:铅锌尾矿是铅锌矿经选矿后产生的固体废弃物,因含有重金属等有害成分,有必要对其进行安全处置。以铅锌尾矿和固废基胶凝材料为固化剂,对某矿区土壤中重金属进行稳定固化。探究了不同尾矿浆质量分数和不同灰砂比条件下固化体的浸出毒性和抗压强度变化规律,通过XRD分析了最佳配比固化体的物相组成和微观形貌特征,进一步探讨了固废基胶凝材料稳定固化土壤中重金属的内在机理,研究结果表明:矿浆质量分数为60%、灰砂比为1∶24时的固化体试块抗压强度最高,固化效果最佳;固化体试块基体中形成了C-S-H凝胶、C-A-S-H凝胶和N-A-S-H凝胶等水化产物,这种非晶相的形成是固化体试块中致密结构形成的主要原因,亦是固化重金属离子的机理所在。研究成果可为铅锌尾矿无害化和资源化利用提供科学依据。Using lead-zinc tailings and solid waste based cementitious materials as solidifying agents,heavy metals in the soil of certain mining area were stabilized and solidified.Explored the leaching toxicity and compressive strength changes of solidified bodies under different mass fractions of tailings slurry and ratios of ash sand,analyzed the phase composition and microstructure characteristics of the best proportioned solidified body through XRD,and further explored the inherent mechanism of solid waste based cementitious materials stabilizing heavy metals in soil.The research results showed that the compressive strength of solidified body specimens was highest and the curing effect was best when mass fraction of the slurry was 60%and ratio of the ash sand was 1∶24;Hydrated products such as C-S-H gel,C-A-S-H gel and N-A-S-H gel are formed in the matrix of the solidified body test block.The formation of this amorphous phase is the main reason for the formation of dense structure in the solidified body test block,and also the mechanism of curing heavy metal ions.The research results can provide scientific basis for the harmless treatment and resource utilization of lead-zinc tailings.
