摘 要:浮选是一个复杂的物理化学过程,其受到内外部多种因素影响。浮选动力学可以对浮选过程进行定量描述,研究各种因素作用下的浮选过程与浮选时间的关系,有助于揭示浮选分离机理。浮选动力学模型是近年来浮选领域的研究热点之一,其能够对矿物浮选过程进行较好地描述与仿真。综述了浮选动力学模型的研究进展,分析了矿物晶体结构、矿物颗粒大小、矿物颗粒形状、浮选机构造、浮选柱构造、浮选药剂制度、矿浆浓度、矿浆pH、充气量、搅拌速度、浮选时间、浮选温度、超声波处理、磨矿介质类型等对矿物浮选动力学的影响规律。为了更准确地描述浮选过程,提出了一种以分选效率为目标的浮选动力学模型。Flotation is a complex physical and chemical process that is influenced by various internal and external factors.Flotation kinetics can quantitatively describe the flotation process and study the relationship between the flotation process and flotation time under the influence of various factors,which helps to reveal the flotation separation mechanism.The flotation kinetics model has become one of the research hotspots in the field of flotation in recent years,which can better describe and simulate the mineral flotation process.This paper reviews the research progress of flotation kinetics models,analyzes the influence of mineral crystal structure,mineral particle size,mineral particle shape,flotation mechanism,flotation column structure,flotation reagent system,slurry concentration,slurry pH,aeration rate,stirring speed,flotation time,flotation temperature,ultrasonic treatment,grinding medium type,and grinding method on mineral flotation kinetics.In order to more accurately describe the flotation process,a flotation kinetics model with separation efficiency as the objective is proposed.
