摘 要:目的:考察不同药材粒度(最粗粉、粗粉、中粉、细粉)对冷浸法提取水冬瓜伤科止痛酊中黄芩苷和总固体物收率的影响。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定黄芩苷,采用干燥失重法测定总固体物收率。以黄芩苷含量和总固体物收率为指标,优选制备水冬瓜伤科止痛酊最适宜的药材粒度。结果:最粗粉制得的酊剂中黄芩苷含量和总固体物收率均最高,分别是416.1μg/mL、18.08%。结论:药材粉碎粒度对黄芩苷含量和总固体物收率均有影响。We studied the effect of different particle sizes(the coarsest,coarse,medium and fine)on the baicalin content and total solid yield of Shuidonggua Painkilling Tincture extracted by cold soak.Baicalin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography,and the total solid yield was measured by loss on drying method.The baicalin content and total solid yield were taken as indicators to optimize the particle size for the preparation of Shuidonggua Painkilling Tincture.The results showed that the baicalin content and total solid yield of the tincture prepared from the coarsest powder were the highest,reaching 416.1μg/mL and 18.08%,respectively.Different particle sizes have different effect on the baicalin content and total solid yield of Shuidonggua Painkilling Tincture.
