下瘀血汤在乙肝肝硬化治疗中的应用效果及对患者远期预后的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨下瘀血汤在乙肝肝硬化治疗中的应用效果及对患者远期预后的影响。方法 90例乙肝肝硬化患者随机分为两组,对照组给予阿德福韦酯片治疗,观察组给予阿德福韦酯片联合下淤血汤治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、肝功能指标及远期预后。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为91.1%,高于对照组的73.3%(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组的ALT、 AST、 TBiL水平均低于对照组(P <0.05)。随访1年,观察组的HBV-DNA转阴率高于对照组,肝硬化失代偿发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 在常规西医抗病毒治疗的基础上采用下淤血汤治疗乙肝肝硬化的临床效果显著,有助于促进患者肝功能恢复,改善远期预后。Objective To explore the application effect of Xiayuxue Decoction in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis and its impact on the long-term prognosis of patients.Methods 90 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Adefovir Dipivoxil Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Adefovir Dipivoxil Tablets combined with Xiayuxue Decoction.The clinical efficacy,liver function indicators and long-term prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.1%,higher than 73.3% in the control group(P <0.05).After treatment,the levels of ALT,AST and TBi L in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).After 1 year of follow-up,the negative conversion rate of HBV-DNA in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of decompensated cirrhosis was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions On the basis of conventional western medicine antiviral therapy,the application of Xiayuxue Decoction in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis has significant clinical effect,which is helpful to promote the recovery of liver function and improve the long-term prognosis of patients.
