不同剂量氯吡格雷联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨不同剂量氯吡格雷联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床效果。方法 140例老年不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组,对照组采用150 mg/d氯吡格雷联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗,观察组采用75 mg/d氯吡格雷联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗,比较两组的临床疗效和安全性。结果 治疗后,两组的总有效率、心绞痛持续时间、发作频率、心肌缺血次数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为5.7%,低于对照组的18.6%(P <0.05)。结论 不同剂量氯吡格雷联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛患者均具有一定效果,但75 mg/d氯吡格雷联合用药方案的安全性更高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of different doses of clopidogrel combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods 140 elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with 150 mg/d clopidogrel combined with rosuvastatin,and the observation group was treated with 75mg/d clopidogrel combined with rosuvastatin.The clinical efficacy and safety were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,no significant difference was found in the total effective rate,duration of angina pectoris,frequency of attack,and number of myocardial ischemia between the two groups(P >0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.7%,lower than18.6% in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Different doses of clopidogrel combined with rosuvastatin have certain effects in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris,but the combination regimen of 75 mg/d clopidogrel has higher safety.
