左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲状腺功能减退症患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲状腺功能减退症(甲减)患者的临床效果及对其甲状腺激素水平、脂代谢的影响。方法60例老年甲减患者随机分为两组,对照组给予甲状腺片治疗,观察组给予左甲状腺素钠片治疗,比较两组的治疗效果以及甲状腺激素、脂代谢指标水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。治疗6周后,观察组的TSH水平显著低于对照组,FT_(3)、FT_(4)水平均显著高于对照组,CHO、TG水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲减患者的效果显著,可明显改善患者的甲状腺功能,调节患者的脂代谢水平。Objective To explore the clinical effect of levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of elderly patients with hypothyroidism and its impact on patients' thyroid hormone levels and lipid metabolism.Methods 60 elderly patients with hypothyroidism were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with thyroid tablets,and the observation group was treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets.The treatment effects and the levels of thyroid hormones and lipid metabolism indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,significantly higher than 70.00% in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,the level of TSH in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the levels of FT_(3) and FT_(4) were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the levels of CHO and TG were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of elderly patients with hypothyroidism has significant effect,which can obviously improve the thyroid function and regulate the lipid metabolism level of patients.
