舒适护理在骨科全麻手术患者术后麻醉恢复室复苏期的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨舒适护理在骨科全麻患者术后麻醉恢复室复苏期的应用效果。方法 126例骨科全麻手术患者随机分为两组,对照组行常规护理,舒适护理组在常规护理基础上行舒适护理,比较两组的舒适度、不良护理事件。结果 舒适护理组的生理、环境、心理精神、社会文化舒适度评分均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。舒适护理组的不良护理事件总发生率为4.76%,显著低于对照组的17.46%(P <0.05)。结论 舒适护理可提高骨科全麻手术患者麻醉恢复室复苏期舒适度,减少不良护理事件的发生。Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing in the recovery period of patients with orthopedic general anesthesia surgery in postoperative anesthesia recovery room.Methods 126 patients with orthopedic general anesthesia surgery were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the comfort nursing group received comfort nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The comfort degree and adverse nursing events were compared between the two groups.Results The comfort degree scores of physiology,environment,psychology and social culture in the comfort nursing group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).The total incidence of adverse nursing events in the comfort nursing group was 4.76%,significantly lower than17.46% in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Comfort nursing can improve the comfort degree of patients with orthopedic general anesthesia surgery during the recovery period in anesthesia recovery room and reduce the occurrence of adverse nursing events.
