摘 要:过滤性能测试仪是专门用来检测颗粒物过滤效率的一种专用设备,对于衡量过滤材料的防护效果至关重要。本文采用口罩作为测试样品,对比分析了检测部件分别为光度计、粒径谱仪、粒子计数器的过滤性能测试仪的检测数据,结果表明:3种仪器各有优势,检测数据的准确度均较好;粒子计数器法仪器的性价比更高;光度计和粒径谱仪法仪器的精密度更高;此外,粒径谱仪法仪器可以向用户提供不同粒径颗粒物的分级过滤效率,用途更加广泛。该结果为口罩过滤性能检测仪器的选用提供了指导。The filter performance tester is an equipment specially used to detect the filtration efficiency of particulate matter,and it is very important to measure the protective effect of filter materials.In this paper,masks were used as test samples,and the test data of three kinds of filtration performance testers with photometer,particle size spectrometer and particle counter as test components were compared and analyzed.The results showed that:each of the three instruments has its own advantages,and the accuracy of each instrument was good;considering the cost,the cost performance of particle counter instrument is higher;the precision of photometer and particle size spectrometer was both higher;in addition,the particle size spectrometer instrument can provide users with the classification filtration efficiency of different particle sizes,which is more widely used.This paper provided guidance for the selection of testing equipment for mask filtration performance.
