逍遥散加减治疗更年期失眠的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨逍遥散加减治疗更年期失眠的临床效果。方法选取2021年3月至2022年9月枣庄市峄城区峨山镇中心卫生院治疗的80例女性更年期失眠患者作为研究对象,根据抽签法分为对照组(40例)和分析组(40例)。对照组采用艾司唑仑片治疗,分析组采用逍遥散加减治疗,比较两组临床疗效、睡眠相关指标和不良反应发生情况。结果分析组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,分析组夜间睡眠时长长于对照组,入睡时间短于对照组,睡眠质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。分析组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论逍遥散加减治疗女性更年期失眠可改善睡眠相关指标,提高临床疗效,安全性好,适合普及。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Modified Xiaoyao Powder in the treatment of menopausal insomnia.Methods A total of 80 female patients with menopausal insomnia admitted to Eshan Town Central Health Center of Yicheng District in Zaozhuang City from March 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the analysis group(40 cases)by the lottery method.The control group was treated with Estazolam Tablets,and the analysis group was treated with Modified Xiaoyao Powder.The clinical efficacy,sleep related indicators and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the analysis group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The length of night sleep in the analysis group was longer than that in the control group,the time of falling asleep in the analysis group was shorter than that in the control group,and the sleep quality score of the analysis group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the analysis group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Modified Xiaoyao Powder in female patients with menopausal insomnia can improve the related indicators of sleep and enhance the clinical efficacy,and has good safety,which is suitable for popularization.
