摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠糖尿病(GDM)对新生儿心肌功能及其心脏血流动力学的影响。方法选取2021年3月至2022年9月于潍坊市益都中心医院娩出的90例新生儿,将健康产妇的新生儿作为对照组(45例),GDM产妇的新生儿作为GDM组(45例)。比较两组出生体重、生命体征、血糖水平及心脏血流动力学指标。结果两组出生体重、呼吸频率、心率、经皮动脉血氧饱和度、平均动脉压及血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组肺动脉峰值流速、右心室输出量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。GDM组主动脉峰值流速、左心室输出量及心脏收缩力指数均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论产妇GDM可能引起新生儿主动脉峰值流速、左心室输出量及心脏收缩力的变化,故应加强对GDM产妇的监测及干预,以保障母婴安全。Objective To investigate the effect of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)on myocardial function and cardiac hemodynamics in neonates.Methods A total of 90 neonates delivered in Weifang Yidu Central Hospital from March 2021 to September 2022 were selected.The neonates of hea lthy parturients were selected as the control group(45 cases),and the neonates of GDM parturients were selected as the GDM group(45 cases).Birth weight,vital signs,blood glucose level and cardiac hemodynamics were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in birth weight,respiratory rate,heart rate,percutaneous arterial oxygen saturation,mean arterial pressure and blood glucose level between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the peak velocity of pulmonary artery and right ventricular output between the two groups(P>0.05).The peak aortic flow rate,left ventricular output and systolic force index in GDM group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Maternal GDM may cause changes in peak aortic flow rate,left ventricular output and cardiac contractility of neonates.Therefore,monitoring and intervention should be strengthened to ensure the safety of mothers and infants.
