摘　　要：目的探讨玉屏风颗粒治疗小儿反复上呼吸道感染的临床效果及对免疫球蛋白水平的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月淄博市市级机关医院收治的100例反复上呼吸道感染患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)和研究组(n=50)。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组给予玉屏风颗粒治疗。比较两组临床疗效及免疫球蛋白水平。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白M、免疫球蛋白G水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风颗粒治疗小儿反复上呼吸道感染的临床效果较好,可有效改善免疫球蛋白水平,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yupingfeng Granules in the treatment of children with recurrent upper respiratory tract infection and its influence on immunoglobulin levels.Methods A total of 100 children with recurrent upper respiratory tract infection treated in Zibo Municipal Authority Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(n=50)and the study group(n=50)according to the random number table method.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was given Yupingfeng Granules treatment.The clinical efficacy and immunoglobulin levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin M and immunoglobulin G in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Yupingfeng Granules in the treatment of recurrent upper respiratory tract infection in children is good,and it can effectively improve the levels of immunoglobulin,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
