摘 要:目的探讨认知行为训练在产房助产中的应用效果。方法选择在菏泽市妇幼保健院2022年1月至12月分娩的100例孕产妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组、对照组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用认知行为训练,比较两组产程、负面情绪(SAS、SDS)、并发症发生情况。结果研究组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程短于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后SAS、SDS评分低于护理前,研究组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论认知行为训练在产房助产中的应用效果较好,可以缩短产程,调节情绪,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of cognitive behavioral training in delivery room midwifery.Methods A total of 100 pregnant women who delivered in Heze Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given cognitive behavioral training.The stages of labor,negative emotions(SAS,SDS)and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The first,second and third stages of labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral training has a good application effect in delivery room midwifery,which can shorten the stages of labor,regulate emotions and reduce the incidence of complications.
