优质护理在扁桃体炎患儿空气压缩泵雾化吸入布地奈德治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理在扁桃体炎患儿空气压缩泵雾化吸入布地奈德治疗中的应用效果。方法选择在枣庄市山亭区人民医院2021年1月至2023年1月就诊的100例扁桃体炎患儿,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组各50例,均接受空气压缩泵雾化吸入布地奈德治疗。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予优质护理,比较两组应用效果。结果观察组住院时间、疼痛和发热消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);护理后观察组家属认知评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在扁桃体炎患儿空气压缩泵雾化吸入布地奈德治疗中的应用效果较好,能够缩短住院时间、疼痛和发热消失时间,提高家属疾病认知程度。Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in the treatment of atomization inhalation of Budesonide by air compression pump in children with tonsillitis.Methods A total of 100 children with tonsillitis who were treated in Shanting District People’s Hospital in Zaozhuang City from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.They were treated with atomization inhalation of Budesonide by air compression pump.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given high quality nursing.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results The length of hospital stay and the disappearance time of pain and fever in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the family members cognition score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing has a good application effect in the treatment of tonsillitis children with atomization inhalation of Budesonide by air compression pump,which can shorten the length of hospital stay,the disappearance time of pain and fever,and improve the disease cognition of family members.
