德国儿童青少年运动能力测评体系的解读与镜鉴

摘  要:采用比较分析法等研究方法,对德国2016版《运动能力测试6-18》(Deutsche Motorik-Test 6-18,以下简称DMT 6-18)的研制背景、理论基础、测试体系与评价体系进行系统研究,发现DMT 6-18呈现出以下特征:理论基础扎实,逻辑层次分明且富有德国特色;测试体系精细,保障测试公平且注重测试效率;评价体系科学,评价角度多维且信息提供具体。借鉴德国经验,针对我国同为运动能力类测评体系的《国家学生体质健康标准》实施情况,提出以下具体建议:积极探索理论模型,全面深化理论基础;严格规范测试流程,合理规划测试场地;强调学生全面发展,精确丰富评价信息。With the research method of comparative analysis,the paper conducts a systematic study on the development background,theoretical basis,testing system and evaluation system of the 2016 edition of Deutsche Motorik-Test 6-18(hereinafter referred to as DMT 6-18)in Germany,and found that the DMT 6-18 presents the following characteristics:solid theoretical basis,logical and hier-archical structure,and rich German characteristics.It is found that DMT 6-18 presents the following characteristics:solid theoretical foundation,clear-cut logical hierarchy and rich in German characteristics,fine testing system which guarantees fairness of testing and emphasizes testing efficiency,and scientific evaluation system which has multi-dimensional evaluation angles and provides specific in-formation.Drawing on the experience of Germany,the paper proposes to actively explore the theoretical model and deepen the theo-retical foundation in an all-round way,strictly standardize the testing process and reasonably plan the testing site,emphasize the o-verall development of students and enrich the evaluation information accurately for the implementation of the National Physical Fit-ness Standard for Students in China which is also an assessment system for athletic ability.
