摘 要:从燃烧热力学、反应-传质机制及全流程综合角度,分析了工艺和结构参数对燃磷塔燃烧特性的影响,探究了黄磷燃烧的“三传一反”机理。结果表明,空气过剩系数取低了会导致燃磷塔中心温度偏高,取高了会导致能源浪费,故取中间值1.5;喷枪角度的增大可以提高预热回收率,但会影响塔体温度分布,故喷枪角度为41°时较佳,喷枪个数为3时,塔内最高温度会下降,燃烧区域增大,优于双喷枪的塔型,但成本上升。该研究优化了燃磷炉热能回收效率,可为工厂内部热法磷酸优化方案提供可靠借鉴。From the perspective of combustion thermodynamics,reaction-mass transfer mechanism and the whole process synthesis,the influence of technological and structural parameters on the combustion characteristics of the phosphorus tower was analyzed,and the"three transfer and one reverse"mechanism of yellow phosphorus combustion was explored.The results show that if the air excess coefficient is lower,the center temperature of the phosphorus burning tower will be higher,and if it is higher,the energy will be wasted,so the middle value is 1.5.The increase of the spray gun Angle can improve the preheating recovery rate,but it will affect the temperature distribution of the tower body.Therefore,when the spray gun Angle is 41°,the maximum temperature in the tower will decrease and the combustion area will increase when the number of spray guns is 3,which is better than the tower type with two spray guns,but the cost will increase.This study optimizes the heat recovery efficiency of phosphorus-burning furnace,which can provide a reliable reference for the optimization scheme of phosphoric acid by thermal process in the factory.
