摘　　要：目的:建立酒杜仲的质量标准。方法:对收集的13批酒杜仲进行了性状、显微鉴别的研究,测定了酒杜仲的水分、总灰分及浸出物的检查项目,采用高效液相色谱法建立了酒杜仲中松脂醇二葡萄糖苷的含量测定方法。结果:酒杜仲在炮制后内表面颜色较炮制前变深,橡胶丝弹性较差,出现断丝。显微特征未因炮制出现明显变化。13批酒杜仲水分、总灰分、水溶性浸出物、含量测定的平均值分别为4.54%、5.58%、15.67%、0.14%。结论:该方法合理可行,所建标准可用于酒杜仲的质量控制。Objective To establish quality standard of Jiu Duzhong.Methods The trait and microscopic identification of 13 batches of Jiu Duzhong were studied;and the moisture,total ash and extract of Jiu Duzhong were determined.The content determination method of Pinoresinol Diglucoside in Jiu Duzhong was established by high performance liquid chromatography.Results After processing,the color of the inner surface of Jiu Duzhongbecomes darker,the elasticity of the rubber wire was poor,and somerubber wireswere broken.Meanwhile,no significant changes in the microscopic features were observed after processing.The average values of moisture,total ash,water-soluble extract and content determination of 13 batches of Jiu Duzhong were 4.54%,5.58%,15.67%and 0.14%,respectively.Conclusion The established method is reasonable,which can be used as the quality control standard ofJiu Duzhong.
