摘  要:目的:优化天山堇菜花舔膏的提取工艺,建立薄层色谱鉴定方法,为其质量标准研究提供实验室资料。方法:以浸膏得率为主要评价指标,使用单因素考察法和正交实验来选择最佳提取工艺。采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对天山堇菜花舔膏中的天山堇菜花、阿勃勒、新疆圆枣、破布木果等药材进行定性鉴别。结果:天山堇菜花舔膏最佳提取条件为,采用加热回流提取法,溶媒量第一次12倍,第二次10倍,提取时间1h,提取次数2次。结论:所建立的TLC鉴别方法简便,快速,斑点分离度良好,符合药品质量标准要求,可用于天山堇菜花舔膏的质量标准体系。Objective Optimize the extraction technology of Loki Benafxa,establish a thin-layer chromatography(TLC)identification method,and provide a laboratory data for its quality standard research.Methods The single factor and orthogonal test were used to optimize the extraction process as the extraction rate was the main index.Qualitative identification of the medicinal materials including Viola tianshanica Maxim.,Cassia fistula L.and Ziziphus jujuba Mill.Var.spinosa(Bunge)Hu ex H.F.Chou was carried out by TLC.Results The optimum extractionconditions were determined to be:extraction times 2 times,menstruum dosage was 12 and 10 times respectively for the first and second time,andextraction time 1 hour under reflux.Conclusion The results showed that the established TLC method is simple and rapid with good separation efficiency,and fulfills the demands of the drug quality standards.It could be used for the establishment of a quality standard system for the Loki Benafxa.
