摘　　要：文章介绍了李斯文教授基于“络病理论”从肠络角度出发,论治放射性肠炎的临证经验。李斯文教授认为气血失调、肠络瘀滞是本病的病机关键,病位主要在肠腑,与脾胃密切相关,久可及肾;治疗上,以行气调血、化瘀通络之法贯穿全程的同时,还应根据肠道损伤的不同程度分期而治:急性期治疗以清热利湿,止血通络为主,慢性期治疗当健脾补肾,活血通络,临床疗效显著。附经典医案1则,以资验证。This article introduces Professor Li Siwen's clinical experience in treating radioactive enteritis based on the“collateral disease theory”from the perspective of intestinal collaterals.Professor Li Siwen believes that the imbalance of qi and blood and the stagnation of intestinal collaterals are the key pathogenesis of the disease.The disease is mainly located in the intestines,closely related to the spleen and stomach,and can reach the kidney for a long time;In terms of treatment,the method of promoting qi and regulating blood circulation,removing blood stasis and unblocking collaterals should be used throughout the whole process.At the same time,it should be treated according to the different degrees of intestinal injury by stages:in the acute stage,the treatment should focus on clearing heat and removing dampness,stopping blood and unblocking collaterals,while in the chronic stage,the treatment should strengthen the spleen and kidney,activating blood and unblocking collaterals,and the clinical effect is significant.One classic medical record is attached for verification.
