周士源教授运用中药调周法治疗排卵障碍性不孕的临证经验浅析

摘　　要：排卵功能障碍是导致不孕症的首要因素,包括无排卵和黄体功能不全。促排卵是治疗排卵障碍性不孕的常用方法。西医治疗常采用克罗米芬、来曲唑、促性腺激素及促性腺激素释放激素类似物等进行综合治疗,经多年临床验证,诱导排卵疗效肯定,但在治疗时会引起药物不良反应,如多胎妊娠、卵巢过度刺激综合征、子宫内膜增生不良等临床问题。中医药治疗排卵障碍性不孕亦具有较好的疗效,与西医治疗相比,具有妊娠率高、并发症少等优势。文章总结周士源教授治疗运用中药调周法治疗排卵障碍性不孕的临证经验。周士源教授认为排卵障碍主要责之于肾中阴阳转化与消长失衡,引发月经不调,故而调理月经为治疗排卵障碍性不孕的关键,巧用中药周期疗法以助孕治疗,取得良好的临床效果。Ovulatory dysfunction is the leading contributor of infertility,including anovulation and luteal insufficiency.Ovulation promotion is a common method to treat ovulation disorder infertility.Western medicine treatment often use clomiphene,letrozole,gonadotropin and gonadotropin hormone release analogues for comprehensive treatment,after years of clinical validation,induction of ovulation effect,but in treatment will cause adverse drug reactions,such as multiple pregnancy,ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome,endometrial hyperplasia and other clinical problems.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ovulatory infertility also has a good effect,compared with western medicine treatment,it has the advantages of high pregnancy rate and fewer complications.This paper summarizes the experience of Professor Zhou Shiyuan in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ovulation disorder infertility.Professor Zhou Shiyuan believes that ovulation disorder is mainly responsible for the imbalance between Yin and Yang transformation and elimination in the kidney,which causes irregular menstruation.Therefore,menstruation is the key to the treatment of ovulation disorder infertility,and the cycle therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is used to help pregnancy treatment,and has achieved good clinical results.
