补气类中药多糖对动物结肠癌细胞作用的研究进展

摘　　要：结肠癌是我国高发的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,严重危害人类健康。迄今为止,结肠癌的治疗手段仍然是以西医治疗为主,疗效有限且具有毒副作用的风险。因此,研发新药物对结肠癌的治疗具有深远意义。近年来,国内外的相关研究已经证实,中草药中多糖提取物的抗肿瘤功效显著,具有多途径、多靶点的特点。而补气类中药具有“扶正”与“祛邪”两大功效,既可以扶助正气,提升机体免疫力,又可以发挥抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗炎等作用,与结肠癌的中医核心治法十分契合,在未来有较大的应用潜力。文章对国内外近15年文献中报道且在《中国药典(2020年版)》中记载的补气类中草药的多糖成分对结肠癌的干预作用进行总结,旨在为结肠癌的中医药治疗提供理论支持,为今后多糖类药物的研发提供参考依据。Colonic cancer is one of the malignant tumors of our country high incidence of alimentary canal,which endangers human health seriously.So far,the treatment of colon cancer is still mainly Western medicine,with limited efficacy and the risk of toxic side effects.Therefore,the development of new drugs for the treatment of colon cancer has far-reaching significance.In recent years,relevant studies at home and abroad have confirmed that polysaccharide extracts from Chinese herbal medicine have significant anti-tumor efficacy,with the characteristics of multi-pathway and multi-target.Invigorating qi traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has two main effects of“supporting the healthy”and“dispelling evil”,which can not only help the healthy qi and improve the body's immunity,but also play the role of anti-tumor,anti-virus and anti-inflammatory,etc.,which is very consistent with the principles of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of colon cancer,and has great application potential in the future.This paper summarizes the intervention effect of 1polysaccharide components of herbal medicines for supplementing Qi on colon cancer reported in domestic and foreign literatures in recent 15 years and recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 Edition),in order to provide theoretical support for the treatment of colon cancer with TCM and provide reference for the development of polysaccharide drugs in the future.
