摘　　要：糖尿病肾病在现代中医称之为“消渴肾病”,因其多继发于消渴,存在阴虚燥热,津液耗伤的病机基础,为清热法的应用提供了条件。“风为百病之长”,善行而数变,糖尿病肾病因其燥热、津伤等病机基础,会兼夹产生不同程度风邪,并往往并发症较多。王暴魁教授认为糖尿病肾病病性本虚标实,消渴热盛,热盛生风是本病的病机核心,治疗以清热祛风为大法,自拟消渴肾方治疗,临床证实疗效显著,丰富了本病的辨证论治思路。Diabetic nephropathy is called“diabetes nephropathy”in modern Chinese medicine,because it is mostly secondary to diapause,there is a pathogenesis basis of yin deficiency,dryness and heat,and body fluid loss,which provides conditions for the application of heat-clearing method.“Wind is the growth of all diseases”,good deeds change several times.Diabetic nephropathy will produce different degrees of wind pathogens due to its pathological basis such as dry heat and body injury,and often have more complications.Professor Wang Baokui believes that the nature of diabetic nephropathy is deficiency in nature,excessive heat in diabetic nephropathy,and excessive heat and wind are the core of the pathogenesis of this disease.The treatment is based on clearing away heat and dispelling wind,and the self-made Xiaokeshen prescription is clinically proven.Significantly,it enriches the thoughts of syndrome differentiation and treatment of this disease.
