摘　　要：目前,免疫相关性疾病的治疗以西医治疗为主,但是仍然存在病程长、易反复、用药少等问题。中医通过辨证论治,综合用药,在免疫相关性疾病的治疗上有着疗效显著、复发率低、副作用小的优势。文章总结了秦国政教授运用调免四味汤治疗免疫相关性疾病的临证经验,以便进一步指导临床,提高疗效。秦国政教授认为,治疗免疫相关性疾病主要是明辨虚实,分清标本,在辨证的基础上合用调免四味汤,可进一步提高临床疗效。Immune-related diseases refer to the diseases related to the immunity of the body,mainly including two aspects:low immunity and high immunity.At present,the treatment of immune-related diseases is mainly based on western medicine,but there are still problems such as long course of disease,easy to repeat,and less medication.Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of significant curative effect,low recurrence rate and small side effects in the treatment of immune-related diseases through syndrome differentiation and comprehensive medication.This article summarizes Professor Qin Guozheng's clinical experience in the treatment of immune-related diseases with Tiaomian Siwei Decoction,in order to further guide the clinical practice and improve the efficacy.Professor Qin Guozheng believes that the treatment of immune-related diseases is mainly to distinguish between deficiency and reality,distinguish specimens,and use Tiaomian Siwei Decoction on the basis of syndrome differentiation,which can further improve clinical efficacy.
