小针刀筋膜松解结合拔罐放血治疗第三腰椎横突综合征30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察小针刀筋膜松解结合拔罐放血治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60例第三腰椎横突综合征的患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组采用针刺结合拔罐放血治疗,观察组采用小针刀筋膜松解结合拔罐放血治疗,每7天治疗1次,共治疗3次。观察两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分量表、腰椎Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分变化,评价临床疗效。结果:两组治疗前VAS、ODI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后VAS、ODI均明显降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组总有效率为73.33%,观察组为93.33%。结论:小针刀筋膜松解结合拔罐放血治疗第三腰椎横突综合征疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of small needle knife fascial release combined with cupping bloodletting in the treatment of third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Methods Sixty patients with third lumbar transverse process syndrome were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group,the control group was treated with acupuncture combined with cupping bloodletting,and the observation group was treated with small needle knife fascial release combined with cupping bloodletting,once every 7 days,a total of 3 treatments.The changes of visual analogue score scale and lumbar Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)score before and after treatment were observed in the two groups to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results There was no significant difference in VAS and ODI scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the VAS and ODI of the two groups were significantly reduced after treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%and that of the observation group was 93.33%.Conclusion Small needle knife fascial release combined with cupping hemoletting has a significant effect in the treatment of third lumbar transverse process syndrome,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
