摘 要:本文介绍了青花釉里红的历史发展、复烧工艺的烧制技术和创作过程。青花釉里红复烧工艺作为一种独特的窑变效果的陶瓷装饰技法,通过在高温气窑、柴窑中进行二次裸烧,创造出开片、结晶、流淌纹、晕散、哑光或润光等丰富多彩的窑变效果。这一技术的核心在于裸烧的过程中运用特定的温度和气氛,以促使釉面产生多变的色彩和纹理。青花釉里红复烧工艺是在传统青花釉里红基础上的一种创新,开创了高温气窑叠加柴窑二次裸烧的新工艺,形成了青花釉里红的一个新品类,使工艺和绘画融为一体。This article introduces the historical development of Blue and White Underglaze Red,focusing on the firing techniques and creative processes of a second-dimensional version of this ceramic decoration.The second-dimensional Blue and White Underglaze Red represents an innovative kiln transformation effect,achieved through dual firing in high-temperature gas kilns and wood-fired kilns.This process results in a rich variety of kiln transformation effects,including fissures,crystallization,flowing patterns,diffusion,matte,or glossy finishes.The core of this technique lies in the application of specific temperatures and atmospheres during the naked firing process,facilitating the creation of diverse colors,andtextures,onthe.glazesurface.The second-dimensional Blue and White Underglaze Red innovates upon the traditional Blue and White Underglaze Red,introducing a new craft that involves the overlay of high-temperature gas kiln firing with a secondary firing in wood-fired kilns.This combination forms a new category within Blue and White Underglaze Red,seamlessly integrating craftsmanship and painting into a cohesive whole.
