摘　　要：运动健康城市建设是新时代实施健康中国国家战略和新型城镇化发展的重要抓手。利用文献分析、逻辑推理等研究方法,梳理了我国运动健康城市建设的历史逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑,在分析建设现状特征的基础上,认为存在主体指标不清晰、内在逻辑尚不明确、运行机制不完善等问题,进而提出发展路径及策略,主要包括高起点推进运动健康规划、创造运动健康支持性环境、推进运动健康城市评估认证、提升运动健康治理现代化水平以及推进运动健康区域一体化发展。The construction of sports and healthy cities is an important lever for implementing the National Strategy of Healthy China and the development of new urbanization in the new era.The historical,theoretical,and practical logic of the construction of sports and healthy cities in China were summarized in this paper by using research methods such as literature analysis and logical reasoning.It is believed that there are problems such as unclear main indicators,unclear internal logic,and incomplete operating mechanisms on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the current construction situation.Finally,the development path and strategies are proposed,mainly including promoting sports health planning from a high starting point,creating a supportive environment for sports health,promoting urban evaluation and certification of sports health,improving the modernization level of sports health governance,and promoting regional integration development of sports health.
