宁波市旅游饭店业发展的现状、问题及对策

摘　　要：为研究宁波市旅游饭店业的发展现状、问题及对策,在对其产业规模、空间分布、档次结构、饭店品牌、标准覆盖、服务质量等方面进行细致分析的基础上,发现了营业收入下滑、经营成本上升、员工流失加快、专业人才紧缺、技术更新较慢、结构尚待优化和集团发展缓慢等问题。针对这些问题,或可从提升品质、打造特色、数字赋能、多元融合、结构优化、集群发展、规范引领、品牌塑造和人力保障等方面入手解决。The purpose of this paper is to study the development status,problems and countermeasures of the tourist hotel industry in Ningbo city.By conducting a detailed analysis of the industry’s scale,spatial distribution,grade structure,hotel brands,standard coverage,service quality,it reveals issues such as declining operating revenue,rising operating costs,accelerated employee turnover,shortage of professional talents,slow technological updates,optimization of structure yet to be achieved,and slow development of hotel groups.To address these problems,this paper proposes strategies and suggestions including expanding customer base,improving quality,creating distinctive features,digital empowerment,diverse integration,optimizing structure,promoting cluster development,leading standardization,shaping brands and ensuring human resources.
