浅谈C70E型敞车下侧门门缝间隙控制

摘　　要：针对C70E型敞车下侧门组装在生产过程中存在的门缝间隙超限问题,文章分析了产生此问题的原因并研究了控制手段,探索出了减少下侧门门缝间隙超限的方法和措施,提升了C70E型敞车整车一次交验合格率和生产效率。The gap between the door and its frame may go out of limit during the assembly of the lower side door of C70E gondola car.By analyzing the causes of this problem and studying the control means,this article puts out the method and the measure to reduce the over-ranging of the gap between the lower side door and its frame so as to increase the one-time acceptance rate and the production efficiency of C70E gondola car.
