摘  要:为探究憎水剂SHP60对透水混凝土抗堵塞性能的影响及作用机理,采用水滴润湿边角试验观测SHP60对材料憎水性影响;通过SEM观察冲水前后试件的孔隙及颗粒形状变化;研究了SHP60掺量对透水混凝土初始孔隙率及使用过程中抗堵塞性能的影响,优选最佳SHP60掺量。结果表明:SHP60使材料水滴润湿边角增大2倍左右,使材料具有憎水性;SHP60对透水混凝土抗堵塞性能由对初始透水能力的削弱和对使用过程中透水能力的增强耦合。优先考虑透水性能的提高,其次考虑抗压强度条件下,SHP60最佳掺量为透水混凝土配合比干料质量的0.35%。In order to explore the influence and mechanism of the hydrophobic agent SHP60 on the anti-clogging performance of permeable concrete,the water droplet wetting angle test was used to observe the effect of SHP60 on the hydrophobicity of the material.The SEM experiment was used to observe the pore and particle shape changes of the specimen before and after flushing,and studied the effect of SHP60 content on the initial porosity and clogging resistance performance of permeable concrete during use,and to optimize the best SHP60 content.The results are as follows:SHP60 increases the wetting angle of the material by about2 times,making the hydrophilic material become hydrophobic.The anti-clogging performance of permeable concrete is coupled by weakening the initial permeability and enhancing the permeability during use.When prioritizing the improvement of permeability and then considering the resistance to compressive strength,the optimal recommended amount of SHP60 is 0.35% of the dry dosage of the permeable concrete mix ratio.
