摘  要:机制砂颗粒的吸水特性是影响砂浆性能的重要因素。通过研究凝灰岩机制砂饱和面干吸水率这一吸水特征参数对砂浆综合性能的影响,获得了凝灰岩机制砂饱和面干吸水率与砂浆早期收缩以及孔结构的关系。研究表明:凝灰岩机制砂饱和面干吸水率与砂浆早期总收缩以及孔隙分布密切相关。随着凝灰岩机制砂饱和面干吸水率的增大,砂浆早期总收缩增大,最可几孔径变小。The water absorption characteristic of machine-made sand particles is an important factor affecting the performance of mortar.By studying the influence of the water absorption characteristic parameter of the saturated surface dry water absorption of tuff machine-made sand on the comprehensive performance of mortar,the relationship between the saturated surface dry water absorption of tuff machine-made sand and its early shrinkage and pore structure was obtained.The research shows that the dry water absorption value of saturated surface of tuff machine-made sand is highly correlated with the early total shrinkage and pore distri-bution of mortar.With the increase of the dry water absorption value of the saturated surface of the tuff machine-made sand,the early total shrinkage of the mortar increases,and the pore size distribution decreases.
