摘 要:通过4种不同的磷石膏预处理方式制得过硫磷石膏矿渣水泥,对比了预处理方式对过硫磷石膏矿渣水泥料浆工作性能及抗压强度的影响。结果表明:通过对磷石膏预处理后再制得的料浆在工作性能和抗压强度方面均有较大改善,其中方式3共同混磨处理后制得的过硫磷石膏水泥浆体流动性较高,可达到175 mm;方式4湿磨处理磷石膏后制得的浆体抗压强度提升较大,可达到35.7 MPa,提高了111.2%,但过度处理对强度提升作用不大。由XRD和SEM分析可知,预处理不会改变水化产物的种类。过硫磷石膏水泥的水化产物主要为钙矾石和C-S-H凝胶,同时还有未反应的石膏颗粒,试块的抗压强度与水化产物的组成及包裹覆盖磷石膏的程度有关,同时还受到结构致密度的影响。Excess-sulfate phosphogypsum slag cement(PPSC) was prepared by four different pretreatment methods of phosphogypsum.The effects of various methods on the working performance and compressive strength of PPSC slurry were compared.The results show that the performance and compressive strength of the slurry prepared by phosphogypsum pretreatment are greatly im-proved.The flowability of the excess-sulfate phosphogypsum cement slurry produced by co-grinding method 3 is high,reaching 175 mm,the compressive strength of the slurry produced by wet grinding of phosphogypsum in method 4 has been significantly im-proved,reaching 35.7 MPa,an increase of 111.2%,but excessive treatment has little effect on the strength improvement.According to XRD and SEM analysis,the types of hydration products will not be changed by pretreatment.The hydration products of PPSC are mainly ettringite and C-S-H gel,and there are unreacted gypsum particles.The compressive strength of the test block is related to the composition of hydration products and the degree of coating phosphogypsum,and is also affected by the density of structure.
