摘  要:为研究矿粉-再生微粉-水玻璃旧砂超细粉磨协同制备地聚合物的可行性,开展了粉磨参数、不同再生微粉掺量、不同粉磨细度,不同赤泥掺量下的地聚合物力学性能、耐久性能、重金属浸出试验研究。结果表明:最佳粉磨参数为振动磨填充率40%,料球比1∶12;最佳粉磨细度700 m~2/kg;在此基础上,地聚合物基材最佳配比为矿粉70%,再生微粉20%,水玻璃旧砂微粉10%,其中激发剂的最佳配比(占基材总质量)为P·O52.5水泥15%,赤泥2.5%,脱硫石膏2.5%。铜、铅、镍、锌、镉重金属的浸出率都在0.2%以内。In order to study the feasibility of synergic preparation of geopolymers by ultrafine grinding of mineral powders-regenerated micro-powders-sodium silicate used sand,experiments were carried out on the mechanical properties,durability and heavy metal leaching of geopolymers under different grinding parameters,different amounts of regenerated micro-powders-different grinding fineness and different amounts of red mud.The results show that the best grinding parameters are the filling rate of vibration mill40% and the ratio of feed to ball 1∶12.The best grinding fineness is 700 m~2/kg.On this basis,the optimal ratio of geopolymer substrate is 70% mineral powder,20% reclaimed micropowder,10% sodium silicate used sand micropowder.The optimal ratio of activator(accounting for substrate percentage) is 15% P·O52.5 cement,2.5% red mud,2.5% desulfurized gypsum.The leaching percentage of copper,lead,nickel,zinc and cadmium were all within 0.2%.
