摘 要:以固固相变材料和相变微胶囊为建筑隔热材料,以泡沫混凝土为载体,制备一种新型相变储能泡沫混凝土。探究了相变材料掺量对泡沫混凝土干密度、吸水率、抗压强度、相变循环耐久性的影响,并对掺入固固相变材料的泡沫混凝土板进行传热特性研究。结果表明:随着固固相变材料掺量的增加,泡沫混凝土干密度、吸水率逐渐减小;随着相变微胶囊掺量的增加,泡沫混凝土干密度、吸水率逐渐增大。掺入相变微胶囊和固固相变材料的泡沫混凝土具有良好的吸热特性,可起到调节室内温度峰值的作用。Uses solid phase change materials and phase change microcapsules as building insulation materials,and foam concrete as a carrier to form a new type of phase change energy storage foam concrete.The effects of different phase change materials on the dry density,water absorption,compressive strength and phase change cycle durability of foam concrete were investigated,and the heat transfer characteristics of foam concrete slab mixed with solid phase change materials were studied.The results show that the dry density and water absorption of foam concrete gradually decrease with the increase of the content of solid phase change materials.With the increase of phase change microcapsule content,the dry density and water absorption of foam concrete gradually increased.The foam concrete mixed with phase change microcapsules and solid phase change materials has good heat absorption characteristics,and plays a role in regulating the indoor temperature peak.
