摘 要:针对柴油发动机在冷启动状态下存在机油建压慢问题,利用Pumplinx流体动力学分析软件对机油进入压力传感器常温和低温下的时间进行仿真计算,同时测试分析实际发动机常温和低温下传感器充油时间,确定机油粘度和传感器内部截流孔孔径对机油进入主油道和传感器内部有重要影响。随着截流孔孔径增大,机油压力脉冲对传感器感应芯片冲击的作用减弱,影响建压时间;低温状态下,机油粘度大,导致机油建压慢。为解决机油建压慢问题,基于低温下机油粘度大,在无加热措施情况下,建议优化冷启动故障诊断策略。In order to solve the problem of slow oil building pressure in diesel engine under cold starting state,the time of oil entering pressure sensor at room temperature and low temperature was simulated by using Pumplinx fluid dynamics analysis software.At the same time,through testing and analyzing the actual engine oil filling time of the sensor at room temperature and low temperature,it is determined that the oil viscosity and the aperture of the closure hole inside the sensor have important influences on the oil entering the main oil duct and the sensor interior.With the increase of the hole diameter,the impact of the oil pressure pulse on the sensor chip is weakened,and the pressure building time is affected.At low temperature,the oil viscosity is large,resulting in slow oil pressure building.In order to solve the problem of slow oil building pressure,it is recommended to optimize the cold start fault diagnosis strategy based on the high oil viscosity at low temperature without heating measures.
