摘 要:钢轨是铁路系统中最为重要的承载部件,列车运行过程中轮轨载荷增大,波磨、疲劳裂纹、剥落等各种轨道病害日趋严重。这些轨道损伤加剧列车运行时的噪声与震动,甚至危及列车运行安全。钢轨打磨车是目前铁路公务部门钢轨修复最为有效的措施。通过打磨作业可减轻和修复钢轨损伤,改善轮轨匹配性能,延长钢轨的使用寿命,提高列车运行的平稳性和安全性。本文运用ANSYS软件对钢轨打磨车进行建模和有限元计算与分析,并将试验结果与计算结果对比,保障车体的强度与刚度满足试验标准要求,为其他车型设计积累经验。The rail is the most important load-bearing part in the railway system.The wheel-rail load increases during the train operation,various track defects such as corrugation,fatigue crack and spalling are becoming more and more serious.These track damage aggravates the noise and vibration of the train,even endangers the safety of the train.Rail grinding car is the most effective measure to repair rail in railway public affairs department at present.It can reduce and repair the rail damage,improve the wheel-rail matching performance,prolong the service life of rail and improve the stability and safety of train operation.In this paper,ANSYS software is used for rail grinding car modeling and finite element calculation and analysis,and the test results are compared with the finite element analysis,ensure the strength and stiffness of the body structure meet the test standards requirements,and accumulate experience for other vehicle design.
