摘 要:随着机动车排放法规和标准的逐年加严,尾气排放量减少,相较之下,非尾气排放变成了城市大气污染物的首要来源之一,其中制动磨损颗粒物在非尾气排放中占比较大。基于此,本文综述了制动磨损颗粒物的测量方法及影响因素,分析了制动惯性试验台、底盘测功机和整车的测试方法优势和劣势,从刹车片材料、摩擦器结构、临界温度、制动速度和制动载荷阐述了制动磨损过程的影响因素,对后续深入研究制动磨损颗粒物的排放、开发相关的标准法规起到了重要作用。With the tightening of vehicle emission regulations and standards year by year,exhaust emissions are reduced.In contrast,non-exhaust emissions have become one of the primary sources of urban air pollutants,among which brake wear particles account for a relatively large proportion of non-exhaust emissions.Based on this,this paper summarizes the measurement methods and influencing factors of brake wear particles,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the test methods of brake inertia test bench,chassis dynamometer and whole vehicle,and expounds the influencing factors of brake wear process from the aspects of brake pad material,friction structure,critical temperature,brake speed and brake load.It plays an important role in the further study of the emission of brake wear particles and the development of relevant standards and regulations.
