摘  要:本文采用CFD方法对柴油机的冷却水套内流动特性进行了有限元分析,并根据计算结果对冷却水套的结构进行了优化改进。优化后的计算结果表明:优化改进后的冷却水套在保证主要换热区域流速在合理范围内的前提下,其余流速较慢甚至流动滞止的区域流动有所加强,从整体上看优化改进后的冷却水套换热能力得到了增强。In this paper,the CFD method is used to carry out the finite element analysis of the flow characteristics in the cooling water jacket of diesel engine.According to the calculation results,the structure of the cooling water jacket is optimized and improved.The optimized calculation results show that:the optimized and improved cooling water jacket can ensure that the flow rate in the main heat exchange area is within a reasonable range,the remaining areas with slower or even stagnant flow rates have increased flow,on the whole,the optimized and improved cooling water jacket heat exchange capacity has been enhanced.
