摘  要:气门弹簧需要承受配气机构往复运动产生的交变载荷,既要保证气门的密封性,又要防止由于惯性力导致的气门跳动,这就要求气门弹簧应具有足够的强度和抗疲劳强度。本文对某柴油机耐久过程中出现的气门弹簧断裂问题,结合材料分析以及计算校核,系统地阐述了气门弹簧断裂的原因,提出改进方案,并进行计算分析和试验验证,目前已经得到了批量验证,为以后新产品开发中气门弹簧设计以及气门弹簧的持续改进提供了参考依据。The valve springs need to withstand the alternating load by the valve train movement,which should ensure the sealing of the valve,and prevent the valve foating from accelerating.This requires that the valve spring should be strong enough and resistant to fatigue.In this paper,the failure of valve springs in the durability of diesel engine is analyzed in detail from material and calculation.Through several improvement,calculation analysis,test verification of the improved scheme and the batch verification has been obtained.It provides a reference for the continuous improvement of the valve spring design and improvments in the new product development.
