“一带一路”倡议对我国节点城市信用环境的影响及传导路径

摘　　要：本文在分析“一带一路”倡议影响城市信用环境的机理及传导渠道的基础上,选取2010-2019年我国249个地级及以上城市面板数据为样本,采用倾向匹配得分与双重差分相结合的方法,实证检验了“一带一路”倡议对国内节点城市信用环境的影响,同时构造中介效应模型探究了其影响机制。研究发现“,一带一路”倡议可以显著改善国内节点城市信用环境,可以有效优化“一带”沿线城市信用环境,但对“一路”沿线城市信用环境的作用不显著“;一带一路”倡议对沿线城市信用环境的影响主要通过国际贸易渠道、外商直接投资渠道和旅游渠道三条路径实现。其中,国际贸易渠道的影响最大,旅游渠道次之,外商直接投资渠道最小。为此,我国应促进国际贸易高质量发展、推动人文交流,促进民心相通、提高我国实际利用外资规模与水平,以促进信用环境的进一步优化。Based on the analysis of the mechanism and transmission channels affecting urban credit environment and combining propensity score matching and difference-in-differences model,this paper selects the panel data from 2010 to 2019 of 249cities at or above the prefecture level as samples to empirically test the impact of the Belt and Road Initiative on the credit environment of domestic node cities.A mediation effect model is constructed to explore the mechanism of the impact.The results show that the former can significantly improve the latter and can also effectively optimize the credit environment of cities along the Belt.But when it comes to the cities along the Road,the impact is not significant.The impact is mainly embodied in international trade,foreign direct investment and tourism.Among them,international trade has the greatest impact and tourism comes second,while foreign direct investment the weakest.Therefore,China should focus on the high-quality development of international trade,promote people-topeople and cultural exchanges and foster better understanding between people,and increase the scale and level of actual utilization of foreign capital in China so as to further optimize the credit environment.
