摘 要:在对先导式减压阀工作原理分析的基础上,推导建立了阀的数学模型,利用AMESim仿真软件建立阀的仿真模型,通过仿真试验,验证了模型的精确性。进一步仿真了主阀阻尼孔堵塞故障工况下先导式减压阀工作时的动态特性。仿真结果表明,应用AMESim软件仿真能够真实的模拟先导式减压阀实际工作时的各类故障响应,拟为先导式减压阀的故障诊断及预测研究提供理论参考。On the basis of analyzing the working principles of the pilot valve,the mathematical model of the valve is derived and established.We used the simulation model of the valve in AMESim,and the accuracy of the model is verified by the simulation test.The dynamic characteristics of the pilot valve are simulated under common failure conditions such as main valve damping hole blockage.The simulation results show that all kinds of fault responses of pilot valve can be simulated by AMESim,which provides a theoretical reference for fault diagnosis and prediction research of pilot valve.
