摘 要:针对固定瓦一可倾瓦块气体轴承,基于气体Reynolds方程建立了轴承动压模型,运用有限差分法计算求解得到单块可倾斜瓦块的气膜力,根据固定瓦一可倾瓦块气体轴承的结构特点组装得到整个气体轴承的气膜力。在不同结构参数下对轴承承载力及最小膜厚的变化趋势进行了分析研究。数值结果表明:轴承的承载力与偏心率、预加载荷系数及轴承数三者之间呈正相关,承载力在偏心率大于0.3、轴承数大于1.5时随参数变化较明显,可较好提高轴承的承载力;最小气膜厚度是关于偏心率的减函数。For a fixed-tilting pads gas bearing,a dynamic pressure model based on the gas Reynolds equation is established.The gas film force of a single tilting pad is calculated by using the finite difference method.The gas film force of the gas bearing is assembled based on the structural characteristics of the fixed-tilting pads gas bearing.The variation trends of bearing load capacity and minimum film thickness under different structural parameters were analyzed and investigated.The numerical results show that the bearing capacity is positively correlated with the eccentricity,preload coefficient,and number of bearings.The bearing capacity changes significantly with the parameters when the eccentricity is greater than O.3 and the number of bearings is greater than 1.5;the minimum film thickness is a decreasing function of the eccentricity ratio.
