摘 要:针对沈阳市某集中供热改造项目,分别从热用户和供热企业角度分析资金时间价值的动态指标,并对该清洁取暖方式的长效可持续实施提出建议。研究发现,对热用户来说,增加了约22%的费用年值。但是在清洁取暖和“双碳”战略背景下,集中供热是合理利用当地资源、促进农村能源转型的有效手段,可配合相关优惠政策,降低居民取暖负担。对供热企业来说,生物质供热相较燃煤供热具有明显的运行费优势,有利于快速收回投资。生物质集中供热具有显著的环境效益,作为零碳排放的供热方式,是碳达峰背景下有力的清洁取暖改造方式。Aiming at a central heating renovation project in Shenyang,the dynamic index analysis considering the time value of capital was analyzed from the perspectives of heat users and heating enterprises,and suggestions were made for the long-term sustainable implementation of this clean heating method.The study found that for users,the annual value of the fee increased by about 22 %.However,in the context of clean heating and the dual-carbon strategy,it served as a reasonable means of utilizing local resources and promoting rural energy transformation.When combined with relevant preferential policies,it can help reduce the burden of residential heating.For heating enterprises,biomass heating offers significant operational cost advantages compared to coal-fired heating,facilitating a quick return on investment.Compared with decentralized and centralized coal-fired heating,biomass centralized heating has significant environmental benefits.As a zero-carbon emission heating method,biomass centralized heating is a powerful clean heating renovation option under the background of carbon peaking.
