特大跨度明洞二次衬砌台车优化及应用

摘  要:为解决特大跨度明洞二次衬砌施工耗时长、工效低、外观质量差的问题,依托某隧道长明洞特大跨度二次衬砌施工,对明洞二次衬砌台车进行优化设计,并进行现场应用。结果表明,台车强度和刚度均满足要求,在施工过程中结构处于安全状态;蜂窝麻面、拼缝多、面板错台及止水带安装变形等问题得到有效解决,明洞二次衬砌外观质量得到有效提高;同时,降低了人工投入,缩短了二次衬砌施工时间,具有一定的经济效益。成果可为类似工程的设计及施工提供参考。In order to solve the problems of long time consuming,low efficiency,and low appearance quality in the construction of the secondary lining of the super span open cut tunnel,the paper optimized the design of the secondary lining trolley of the open cut tunnel based on the construction of the secondary lining of a long open cut tunnel,and carried out on-site application.The results show that the strength and stiffness of the trolley meet the requirements,and the structure is in a safe state during construction.In addition,the problems such as honeycomb and pitted surface,many abutments,staggered slab and deformation of waterstop installation have been effectively improved,and the appearance quality of secondary lining of open cut tunnel has been effectively improved.At the same time,the manual input is reduced,and the construction time of the secondary lining is shortened,which has certain economic benefits.The results can provide reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
