摘  要:基于离散元软件,通过双齿辊粉碎机的建模对以骨头为代表的厨余垃圾进行粉碎仿真,改变齿辊转速n和落料高度h观察仿真所产生的对应效果。颗粒分布情况和颜色(速度大小)分析表明,在35 r/min的齿辊转速和230 mm的落料高度下的效果最佳,即粉碎效果最佳。此研究借助颗粒黏结模型为双齿辊破碎机结构优化提供理论依据。Based on discrete element software,kitchen waste represented by bone was pulverized and simulated through modeling of double toothed rollers.Corresponding effect of simulation was observed by changing rotational speed n of tooth roll and height h of fall-ing material.Based on particle distribution and color(velocity size),it was concluded that the best effect was achieved at 35 r/min gear roll speed and 230 mm blanking height,that was,the best crushing effect.Particle bonding model was used to provide theoretical basis for structure optimization of double toothed rollers.
