摘　　要：新时代下,跨学科导学共同体是研究生创新型人才培养教育的重要战略资源。它是在单一的导学关系基础上,构建多学科交叉融合体系,建立新型导师与研究生联动模式,实现创新型人才的培养。实践证明,跨学科导学共同体可有效解决科研中遇到的问题,促进团队跨学科科研思维的建立,为探索跨学科研究生导学关系提供新思路。In the new era,interdisciplinary tutorial community is an important strategic resource for postgraduate innovative talents cul-tivative education.It is a system that builds a cross-disciplinary fusion system on basis of a single mentoring relationship,establish a new collaborative model between supervisors and graduate students,and achieves cultivation of innovative talents.Practice has proved that interdisciplinary guidance community could effectively solve problems encountered scientific research,promote establishment of in-terdisciplinary scientific research,and provide new ideas for exploring interdisciplinary postgraduate guidance relationship.
