摘 要:北京市市民对新能源汽车存在使用新能源车的满意度高、不购买新能源车的主要原因是“续航焦虑”与“补能焦虑”、充电车位被占用现象突出、充电App体验不佳等四方面感受,同时在以下三方面呼声较高,即“私人充电桩执行峰谷电价、私人充电桩实行共享机制、公共充电桩配备超充设施”。建议围绕“推动存量油换电、提升补能效率、保障用电安全”三方面,从政策机制、项目工程、运营监管、宣传推广等多角度采取综合性措施,进一步推动北京市新能源汽车消费。Beijing citizens have high satisfaction with the use of new energy vehicles,and the main reasons for not purchasing new energy vehicles are“range anxiety”and“energy replenishment anxiety”,prominent occupation of charging spaces,and poor charging app experience.At the same time,there are high demands in the following three aspects:“private charging stations implement peak valley electricity prices,private charging stations implement sharing mechanisms,and public charging stations are equipped with overcharging facilities.”.It is recommended to take comprehensive measures from multiple perspectives such as policy mechanisms,project engineering,operational supervision,and promotion to further promote the consumption of new energy vehicles in Beijing,focusing on promoting the exchange of existing oil and electricity,improving energy replenishment efficiency,and ensuring electricity safety.
