摘　　要：火电灵活性改造已成为消纳新能源的重要手段。本文以某600MW超临界“W”火焰锅炉为例,介绍了超临界“W”火焰锅炉灵活性改造研究,主要包括最低稳燃负荷试验、存在的问题、灵活性改造方案、改造效果,并对灵活性改造项目进行了财务评价。通过灵活性改造,机组深度调峰能力由42.5%额定负荷降至30%额定负荷,新增75MW深度调峰调节能力,项目资本金内部收益率为10.31%,效益显著,可以为同类机组的改造提供参考。Flexibility transformation of thermal power has become an important method to accommodate new energy.Taking a 600 MW supercritical"W"flame boiler as an example,the research on flexibility transformation of supercritical"W"flame boiler was presented,which mainly included test of minimum load for stable combustion,the current problems,the flexibility transformation schemes,the effects after flexibility transformation,and the financial evaluation was described.The minimum load for stable combustion reduced from 42.5%rated load to 30%rated load by flexibility transformation,added 75 MW depth peak regulation capacity,the internal rate of capital return on flexible transformation project was 10.31%,the benefit is remarkable.It can provide reference for the transformation of the same type of unit.
