摘 要:针对GB/T 15715—2014《煤用重选设备工艺性能评定方法》评定重选设备工艺性能的指标——数量效率不严密的问题,提出了质量效率指标,并引用该标准附件中有关跳汰机试验的煤炭浮沉试验数据及相关的可选性曲线,对跳汰机总体质量效率和分段质量效率进行了计算与简要分析。结果表明:质量效率可从轻、重产物两方面进行评定,对于两段跳汰机重产物分选情况远好于轻产物;跳汰机第一段质量效率好于第二段质量效率。分析认为质量效率可适用于跳汰选煤,用来评定跳汰机的工艺效果。The organic efficiency,an indicator for evaluating process performance of coal gravity separa-tion equipment specified in the national standard"CB/T 15715-2014 Performance Evaluation for Coal Gravity Separating Equipment",is not clearly and precisely defined.To address this issue,the indicator of quality efficiency is proposed.Based on the proposed indicator and the float-and-sink analysis data and related washability curves as given in the attachment of the above-mentioned standard,obtained through jigging separation test,both overall and each stage's quality efficiencies of the jigging machine are calcu-lated and briefly analyzed.Analysis result shows that the quality efficiency should be evaluated from the perspective of both floats and sinks;and for jigging separation of sinks,a higher quality efficiency can be obtained as compared with that of separation of floats,and the quality efficiency of the jig's first stage is higher than that of its second-stage.It well demonstrates the applicability of the proposed indicator in jig-ging separation of coal and for evaluation of performance of this process.
