摘 要:为了对低品质末煤和粉煤灰等难分选产品进行有效分选处理,进一步提升其清洁高效利用水平,采用SID-F干选机中试系统对10~0 mm粒级的无烟煤末煤进行了干法分选试验,并通过对原煤及其产品进行取样化验和数据分析,考察了该机对无烟煤末煤的分选效果。试验结果表明:SID-F干选机对10~0 mm粒级末煤整体分选效果较好,精煤产品灰分较原煤降低了9.43个百分点,全流程分选效率>90%;该机对>3 mm粒级末煤分选效果良好(精煤带矸率<1%),但对<3 mm粒级的末煤分选效果稍差(精煤带矸率≤5%)。In order to realize efficient separation of the difficult-to-separate materials like low-rank small coal and flyash for further improvement of their quality in clean and high-efficiency utilization,experi-mental study is conducted on the separation of the 10~O mm anthracite using the SID-F dry separator.The performance of the separator for treating the coal is assessed through analysis of sampled raw coal and separated products and analysis of the data obtained.As indicated by test results,for treating the 10~0 mm coal,the separator can work remarkably well with an overall separation efficiency of>90%,and a drop of ash of clean coal by 9.43 percentage points;for separation of the>3 mm coal,a good separa-tion result can also be expected with the percentage of refuse in clean coal being smaller than 1%;yet in the case of treating the<3 mm coal,the separator works less satisfactorily in efficiency with a percentage of refuse in clean coal of being≤5%.
