摘　　要：为顺应选煤设备大型化发展趋势,将LWZ1600×2400B大型沉降过滤式离心脱水机首次应用于大型炼焦煤选煤厂精煤泥脱水回收作业,并通过单机检查试验,对该机脱水、降灰工艺效果进行了评定。试验结果表明,该机用于精煤泥脱水回收时,最大处理量可达128 t/h,产品水分为14.80%,脱水效率为70.46%,降灰率为9.99%,全部工艺指标均达到了设计指标。The coal preparation plants currently tend to use large-sized equipment.To conform to the tendency,the large LWZ1600×2400B screen-bowl centrifuge is introduced for the first time at a coking coal preparation plant for coarse clean slime dewatering and recovery,and the dewatering and ash reduc-tion efficiencies of the centrifuge are assessed by testing with a stand-alone centrifuge on site.Test results show that the centrifuge can work with a highest capacity of 128 t/h with the product moisture,dewate-ring efficiency and ash reduction efficiency being 14.80%,70.46%and 9.99%,respectively,which are all up to the designed indicators.
